I have a pretty bad memory, especially when I'm so sleep deprived, so this simple band to help keep track of when I fed my baby last and which side I fed him on, helps so much. It was kind of hard to tell from the photos of the product, but the band is printed on both sides with numbers for keeping track of time and the words left and right are on each side, so I thought I might need two, one for each wrist, but you don't. This band is also very comfortable and easy to take on and off if need be.
